Seeklient built the platform for Barreômaitre, a multi-sport association in Aureilhan, France, covering street workout, fitness, yoga, parkour, trampoline and the Impulse dance school. It runs public registration and annual memberships payable in interest-free instalments, a weekly schedule across every discipline, and an admin back office that goes as far as French statutory accounting — expenses and Stripe revenue mapped onto the Plan Comptable Général.

Each discipline is its own membership with its own price and audience, and every one can be paid across instalments with no added fee — handled in the flow rather than by asking people to call.

The public timetable colour-codes every class by discipline across the week, so a member reads their own sport out of a schedule that carries all of them.

Behind the login
It closes the books, not just the bookings
Most club software stops at who booked what. This one carries the association's finances too: expense categories, revenue and Stripe fees are each mapped onto the French statutory chart of accounts, so the year's activity comes out the other end as something an accountant can actually file.
