1. Who you are contracting with

This website is operated by SEEKLIENT TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO, a free zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under trade licence number 76563. Full identification details are set out in our Legal Notice.

2. Permitted use

You may browse this website and use its demonstrations for your own information and evaluation. You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, or systematically extract the site's content or source code for republication or resale;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems;
• interfere with the normal operation of the site, or place a disproportionate load on it;
• use the site or its forms for unlawful, misleading, or abusive purposes.

3. Demonstrations and sample data

The interactive demonstrations in the Work section are products we built and own. All names, companies, figures, transactions and records shown inside them are fictional. Do not treat any of it as real data, and do not enter genuine personal or confidential information into a demonstration.

4. Client work

The projects in the Client Work section describe systems we designed and built for named clients, published with their agreement. Descriptions reflect what was delivered at the time of publication; the live sites and platforms are operated by those clients and may change without notice. Links to them are provided for verification, and we are not responsible for their current content.

5. Quote requests do not create a contract

Sending a quote request or contact message through this website does not create any contractual relationship and does not oblige us to provide services. Prices, timelines, and scope discussed by email or on a call are indicative until a written agreement is signed by both parties. Any project is governed by that separate agreement, not by these terms.

6. Intellectual property

The design, text, source code and original graphics of this website belong to SEEKLIENT TECHNOLOGIES - FZCO or are used under licence. Nothing on this site transfers any right in them to you. Ownership of work produced for a client is dealt with in that client's own agreement.

7. Availability

We aim to keep this website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or withdraw any part of it — including any demonstration — at any time, without notice and without liability.

8. Limitation of liability

This website is provided as it stands, for information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from your use of this website or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. External links

This website links to sites we do not control, including those of our clients and of third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, or their handling of your data. Following an external link is at your own risk.

10. Personal data

Information you send us through this website is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. In short: we collect only what you actively provide, we use no analytics or advertising trackers, and the only cookie the site sets is the one remembering your chosen language.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website or to our legal obligations. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the competent courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction over any dispute. Where you deal with us as a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
