International Luta Livre Federation

International Luta Livre Federation

Seeklient built and maintains the platform of the International Luta Livre Federation (ILLF), the global governing body for the Brazilian grappling discipline. It is three products in one system: a public site in English, French and Brazilian Portuguese with a searchable club directory on an interactive globe; a federation back office where officials approve clubs, certify coaches and rule on belt promotions; and a club portal where each affiliated club manages its own coaches and athletes.

Inside the product

The public site is the federation's shop window. The same club directory is served in every language, plotted on an interactive globe, and filterable by name or city.

Official merchandise runs on the same platform — belts, rashguards, gloves and training kit, with cart and checkout built in rather than bolted on.

Behind the login

A federation back office, not just a website

Most of this build is invisible from the outside. Federation officials review club applications, verify coaches, rule on belt promotion requests against configurable belt rules, publish events and manage the shop and blog — all from one portal. Affiliated clubs get their own scoped version of it for their coaches and athletes.

ILLF federation portal dashboard: totals for clubs and active members, queues for pending club approvals and belt promotion requests, and quick actions to review clubs, verify coaches and manage members
